Glowe-ware Webstore has been offline since May 15, 2011
This was due to a forest fire that destroyed a large portions of Slave Lake, Widewater and Canyon Creek, Alberta, including the building housing the servers for Glowe-ware Software Systems. The fire caused the evacuation of 7000 residents of Slave Lake and surrounding area, including Glowe-ware staff. Upon return to Slave Lake as essential services, Glowe-ware staff were busily helping support the emergence crews as well as assisting clients recover there systems, businesses and livelihoods.
Glowe-ware's losses are quite minimal compared to that of the hundreds of families that lost everything and thankfully, there were no serious injuries.
Since the websites have been restored from backups, there many be configuration anomolies. If you experience issues using this website, please contact support@glowe-ware.ca and we will rectify the issues promptly.
